RENATA KIRSZBAUM

Renata graduated with honours from The University of Toronto in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended University of Toronto’s Law School, graduating in 1985  She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987.

 

Renata believes that each client should be in control of the decision-making process. While she is responsible for the legal proceedings, her clients remain involved at every step. She works collaboratively with clients, explaining the pros and cons of each decision, to ensure that everyone is in agreement before a letter is sent to opposing counsel, a position is taken at court and settlement terms are reached.

 

Renata has a firm but fair approach to litigation. She is tough when she needs to be, and understands when to step back.  She is accessible to clients and opposing counsel, and ensures that each client receives a high level of personal care.
