PARENTING

For all clients with children, parenting issues are the most important in any separation.  It is essential that the issues of decision-making (formerly called “custody”) and parenting time (formerly called “access”) are resolved in a timely, child-focused manner.  

 

In certain cases, it can be helpful to have third party professionals involved, to express the children’s views and preferences.   It is important to have a lawyer who is experienced in navigating the landscape of children's issues.
